This song puts into words how I've felt for the past few months. It describes the feeling of being alone, with memories as the only thing to comfort you, though they torture you as well. You're heartbroken and uncontrollably miss the person you love--even if they haven't physically left, they seem like someone completely different. You see that everyone else is completely unaffected, but your world is shattered and though you try to pick up the pieces, you can't move on... you feel helpless, and all you can do is wait for things to return to normal... ...Or something like that. That probably doesn't even make much sense. I suck at interperating songs.

"I talked for hours to your wallet photograph, and you just listened" One of the best lyrics in a Weezer song.

When I was in gr. 10, I was at an OAC party (gr 13's) and I put Blue on and put it on this song, and the guy that was having a party yelled out "Who put this song on?" and I thought he was mad, so I timidly said "I did..." to which he replied "Good job man, great cd and the best song on there!" Good times..
