acetaminophen is paracetamol, right? and the tree was a willow. but i've kinda taken a second meaning to that line 'strip the bark...'. it makes me think of homeopathic medicines, maybe? i don't know, just an idea.

I think Jack is a good guitar player, but there are parts in this song where it sounds like he's gonna break out into a big guitar solo but he doesn't. I dunno, I just think a 30 second solo would fit good in there.

Actually, the part where Jack is "going to say something but doesnt" is not genius at all - it's just where a line has been cut out. It was something like "I dont have the patience to watch you battle every minor disease"... he cut it out because he thought it was "too harsh". this song is actually about women making a fuss over the different medicines they take; it isn't necessarily sexist, but yeah. I'm gonna shut up now.

I love the paart of the song after he says, "rattle down the street", and it seems like he's gonna say something else, but he doesn't.

being a pharmacy major i love this song...its clear that jack is mocking the drug industry and the people on medication. i love the line "strip the bark right off the tree and hand it this way". such a good vizualization of what medication actually is.
