so many lonely days
I feel like a throw away
well now it’s my turn
falling down
is now longer around
feeling sun
I’m no longer one
well isn’t this fun?

| Ithink this song is about guy who hasnīt never ever been in love, and he is really tired to watch all the lovers. "I saw lovers put on a show well now it's my turn." But finally he is fall in love with the girl, and now he is in the "loversī side", singing to the guys who havenīt been in love. "I'm no longer one well isn't this fun?" | |

| I always thought this was a positive song. Basically, he wants to be in a relationship, and he feels "like a throw-away" because everyone else is pairing off..except him. But now it's his turn to get in on it. He doesn't really know how to get someone to be his, but he's willing to learn (hence the title) and try new things. He gets a date and waits by the phone after for her to call him. Things continue to go well between them (the "midnight kiss") and in the end, it seems like he's happy. He's no longer "falling down", and he's "no longer one", in other words, he's finally with somebody. It does sound kind of dreary in the end music-wise, but I always thought this song had a happy ending. That's my spin on it, anyways. | |

| I love the second verse of this song because it has this sweetness to it. It's just such a great thought. However, when placed with the music, it doesn't have the same meaning. The lyrics to this song are amazing, in my opinion, and the music gives it a meaning that most people wouldn't expect | |

| This song is awesome, in how it breaks all the rules of music. Like verse-chorus-verse-chorus-different verse-chorus to fade. I think this song is about a man who isn't sure how to approach a relationship with a woman. Then when they become a pair, we are all made to realise that relationships suck. | |

| i dont think he is taking it as far as sex.. i think its just some guy trying to get a girlfriend.. he saw it for years in real life or in movies all the relationships and he wants one.. "well now its my turn".. i just have to say that i really like when he says.. "I don't know any lullabys I don't know how to make you mine but I can learn" and.. "no harm will come of this one little midnight kiss it will not burn" i just really like those lines.. | |

| I also see a kind of sexual reference.. like losing virginity.. actually, about a boy trying to persuade a girl (probably his girlfriend or whatever) to do it.. "I don't know any lullabys I don't know how to make you mine but I can learn" (he's trying to let her know that he's as inexperienced as her) "I saw lovers put on a show well now it's my turn" (he used to watch porn? haha come on.. any teenager has done that) "no harm will come of this one little midnight kiss it will not burn" (he's not trying to harm her, he wants to do it out of love) I don't know.. I may be wrong | |

| i like it when songs are not only lyrically sad, bad also the music conveys a strong sadness as well. This song certainly does that, especially the end. | |
