his music conveys the depth of these simple words. also, how he feels is just this, and in this case does not need metaphors or symbolism, as he could have easily done.

Okay this is a really good song. Just reading the lyrics off this page may make it seam pretty unoriginal, but trust me and just listen to it because it is great music. NOt every song has to be philisophical. Its easy to relate to and the music is great. And whole listens to Tool anyways?

organizedchaos is right about the meaning and i think jack is at least somewhat into lyrics, becuz a lot of his songs hav amazazing (lol benchwarmers) lyrics and this song rocks

obviously none of you really appreciate music because if you did you would realize how while the lyrics are pretty fucking simple (i'm not gonna try to say they're deep) that the guitar is awesome and when you put it all together out comes... an amazing song. there is more to a song other than it's lyrics. listen to some frank zappa or dave grisman - no lyrics necessary but still you can understand it.

i really like this song. it almost has an old fashioned blusey sound with a punk twist. i love the little solo part at about 1:20
