Yeah Screaming Lord Sutch cover. The Horrors also covered it on their album Strange House.

Yes, the start of the song is Astro and then it breaks into Jack The Ripper.

It is inaccurate to list this song as a Screaming Lord Sutch cover, since the Peter Gunn Theme riff, the melody, and the lyrics are characteristics added to the song by The One Way Streets. In fact, other than the repeated line "Jack the Ripper/Jack the Ripper", they really are entirely different songs. Also, the true lyrics to the first part of the song are as follows: "I'm walking down the street Late at night Jack the Ripper Jack the Ripper Mother's calling and supper's near Jack the Ripper Jack the Ripper" I have no fucking clue as to what he says after that.
