For those of you who play guitar and had trouble
understanding how to play the Overture from the
long Tommy tab file, here's a simple, yet *very*
accurate version of it - and best of all, it all
fits on one page...
Hard Chords: In (string,fret) format
Fsus (1,1) (2,1) (3,3) (4,3)
Dsus4 = Regular D with (1,3)
C#m - (1,4) (2,5) (3,6) (4,6)
Gm Fsus F Gm Dsus4 D
Gm X8 G C F C X4 G C X2
G D C X4 F C Bb X4 A Dm C Bb C
Gm Fsus F Fsus F G
Gm Fsus F Fsus F Em B X8 or so
E B A X4 G# C#m A B
A B C A B E A B C G D B X2
E B A X2 F C Bb X2
G G G C F C X4
Gsus G Gsus G Fsus F Fsus F - on this line,
try to deaden the first string to get that clean
Pinball Wizard sound...
That's it! Not that bad! Reply

| This whole album seems to me (I'm hearing it for the first time now, but I've read about it) to be the same as Pink Floyd's The Wall, except that this one came first. | |
