During A, there's a bend on the 3rd fret
of the b string that is quickly released. It's kind
of like the quick A indicated by ^A, just in a
different spot. It's indicated by ^b3. Fill 1 Fill 2 Fill 3 Fill 4

| All I can say is that Fred Rose must have been feeling like Hank Williams when he wrote this song. I'm not sure exactly what year he wrote this, but there is a bootleg recording out there of Hank Sr. playing this song. It's wonderful. Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain is a classic tale of love lost. I'm not sure the circumstances of the split between the two parties. It sounds like it's mutual. Though I'm not sure that either of these people wanted to leave, but they must have known it wouldn't work out. Another beautiful version is Shania Twain's. Willie plays guitar and sings harmony on it. It's wonderful. | |

| I second that... I was at a freinds house and we where listening to music and we where talking about willie nelson. He was saying this was his favorite. i had'nt ever heard the song but heard of it.. Well, when i actually heard it, at first i thoguht it was a little boring but then, i really listened to the song, I was moved...It reminds me of a fling i had with this guy.. While this man and I spent our time together this song kept popping in my head... I always wonder why he never called me and wonder what hes doing and weather he moved back to mississippi. Jason, if you read this, email me sometime. | |
