	possibly my favorite song on the cd! i LOVE it! ive listened to it over and over for a while now-blasting it on my way home is always fun. but it says "towns" not "tones"

	i think its towns too. but i'm not sure what this song means. "runaway you want it" sounds like someones denying what they really want from you.. like "running from exactly what they want" i guess?

	The song is a reaction to rejection...Karen is not sitting back and pouting she is taking action and crashing a party! I read in an article that when Karen moved to LA she would get rejected from getting into certain VIP parties. So she would naturally be the outsider, just treated like a piece of "cold meat" because her "status" is not as high in their eyes. Ridiculous fools.. Karen wants to crash these parties, steal the precious honey.

	This song just makes me want to dance or headbang, at least. And I'm pretty sure she says 'Good good things happen in bad tones' twice. Also, she says "All alone, I've got a call from the bear/Gonna take all its honey, honey/Gone, all alone, I've got a call from the bear/Gonna take all its honey, honey/Gone, all alone, I've got a call from the bear/Gonna take all it's honey, honey/Gone, all alone, I've got a call from the bear/Gonna take all it's honey, honey!"

	I think it's towns...this song perfectly expresses karen's fantasy of stealing honey from winnie the pooh... by the way...sorry for the bad joke ¬_¬ the point is that I can't figure what this song really means but it's amazing!! the guitar line rocks!!!

	well yes, I am going to join the list of people who think the song really says towns. wen I listen i think it might say "good, good things hppen in that town" But thats just me. thats what it sounds like to me. Great song!Really catchy!

	"What, what did you do to your back hips Soft ones, curled lips can't get 'em back Junk jump! Off too much time for Old beats, cold beats, I'm just cold meat" This reminds me of word salad or clang assocation that schizos do. No offense to Karen O. Trust me, that woman is a goddess. But that particular verse is just out there.

	Its "Good good things happen in bad towns" Anyway, Im not sure what she's talking about but I like the intro lyrics and i think Honeybear or the honey part may denote something sweet that she's after.

	huh... I must be deaf. I thought it was "in these towns" instead of "in bad tones", even though we've all mostly agreed that it's town's instead of tones. But anyways... it should be against the law for a song to be this catchy, man!! I can't NOT get up and dance when I hear it. It drives me mad but I love it!!

	to me, this song is about someone not having time for you anymore; that to them, you're cold meat. you'd like to think that they are still interested in you, but you end up getting so desperate for them to show that interest again that you'll do anything for attention - any way they want it. then, all the bear has to do is click its fingers and you're there; but you're still all alone because they don't truly care. it's my best guess, at any rate, but probably not quite right!
