	i relate to this song differently to the whole fake issue. I moved away from for uni, thinkning i wanted so much more than home had. i broke upo with my gf of 2 years. I spent 2 years away from home lost my girl and hated everything. Now ive moved back home, realising its not as bad as i thought, and i miss my girl so bad, realising the biggest mistake ill ever make. People is what make ur home town good r bad, i didnt realise that til it was too late

	I had always thought it was "But they don't know me once your love is ripped away, before you get a chance to feel it." In which case, I thought the song was about coming back home after having a hard breakup and not having anyone be able to relate to you, emphasizing your loneliness.

	lol, the east coast is more materialistic than the west. people see shows like laguna beach and the oc and imagine that socal people are rich stuck up kids but thats not what it its like at all. socal lifestyle is all about relaxing and being your own individual. i think new york and boston is more materialistic than cali is. come on, theres a freaking feud between old money and new money, how much more materialistic can you get. theres a reason why everyone wants to move to california.
