| What a great song, a think everyone can relate to it and personally I do relate with the lyrics. "I should have told you everything I never gave you anything I should have told you everything If I could give you anything Then I would tell you everything" This verse means a lot to me. | |

| Above all the other songs, I relate to this one the most... "I wanna know if I could be Someone to turn to that could never hurt you But I know what you think of me Yeah, you had a breakthrough And now I'm just bad news for you" There's always that one person in our lives that we fall for, but we are always too nervous or afraid of what the outcome might be to do anything about. Very recently, I had a perfect opportunity to tell a girl that I loved how I felt about her...but now, I'll never get that chance back, she moved away and I have no way of contacting her :( But this song definitely inspired me to never make that same mistake twice. | |

| Like many of Yellowcard's songs, this is once again about a relationship gone awry. In the beginning, the narrator is very conflicted. It sounds like he was not completely honest, and now that things have gotten really bad, he looks back with regret, wishing he could have done things differently. It seems like the song is about the narrator and his future ex-lover talking to try and salvage the relationship, even though he knows that any effort will be fruitless. The narrator wants everything to be okay, but it won't; he just cannot continue. She apparently fell pretty hard for him, but he says that "he's just bad news for you." But the relationship in this song is over due to lack of honesty. This is a really powerful song, and is one of the best on Paper Walls, and one of Yellowcard's best ever. The vocals are very powerful, and I'm impressed at Ryan K. and Yellowcard on a whole for this album. | |

| God... I can't find a song I can relate to more about a certain person at the moment than this one. Me and this girl were really close for like 6 months... we were best friends. I had liked her the whole time, I felt like I finally found the right person. I was going to tell her how I felt on prom night, but alas she got a boyfriend a few weeks before... and things since then have never been the same. ("I should've told you everything) I told her how I felt after that, but it just wasn't even worth it anymore. She changed alot, and now we fight all the time and at the moment we're not even talking. But for some reason, I still wish I could be with her. At times I wish I could be a different person just so I could be beside her. Thats why I can relate to this song. | |

| To me, this song is about honesty. Not necessarily means that he cheated on someone, could be honesty about how he really felt for her. He loved her but couldn't tell her. He did a mistake of not telling that person of a truth, possibly about how he felt for her, and now she's gone and he regretted it. He wish he had done something else that could had prevented her from leaving. Such a sad song. And did i mention, I can so relate to it right now? Should had told her when the chance was still there =( | |

| Similar story here. Since 8th grade i had like this girl until two years after 12th grade. In 8th grade she knew i really liked her, but i would never say anything, my nervousness would always better me. Only twice i told her that i liked her, Once once i told her that i loved her. My heart got broken seven times by her. Twice we made plans to goto prom. The time i told her she that i loved her, she sad that she loved me to, but right now wasn't the right time. I was always there to help her when she was in bad times. I was the only one to truly care for her. She knew i was the perfect guy for her. | |

| "I wanna love, I wanna leave, I want you to love me, I want you to leave me." It sounds like he wants the relationship to work, but he knows it'll be better for both of them if it ends. He's begging one of them to leave, though he still wants to love her and be loved. "I wish I could be somebody else Wish I could see you in myself Wish there was something inside me To keep you beside me" He wishes that there was more of a connection or that they had more in common, to "see her in himself". And he wants her to, if she's going to love him, love him for the person he is, not whatever front he may have put up. "I should have told you everything" He wants to go back and prevent whatever misconceptions led to this point in the relationship, or lack of one. | |
