Guitar Master
Wanna Be

I think that this song is about terrorism, kinda co-relates to Two weeks from twenty. However instead of depicting the life of a soldier, it shows the reasoning behind the war. The whole world was sleeping beacuse they did not expect it. "Like no one's words were good enough to define what we feared And no one's words were strong enough to fix what happened here" No one really defined terrorism, and on the morning of 9/11 it was really unexpected. umm.. No one's words were strong enough to fix what happend here, no one could unify the country through this major disaster "Lead on to save me Lead us all there Find me some answers One nation beware Can't tell the difference between myth and man Or what's necessary or where I should stand" He doesnt know Why its happening [ the war], terrorists are sometimes refered to as being unhuman; but in actuality we're all the same, so we cant 'tell the difference' whats necessary refers to the steps we need to take to fix this tragedy, where i should stand is where he should stand on this issue, which he opposes. The once peaceful world, (at least through the media) has changed for the worse, with the distrust; "the world has changed now that men have died" "They can just sense this feeling in our eyes" Americans never look at middle-easterners the same again "Like no one's hands are big enough To hold onto this fear And no one's hands are strong enough to fix what happened here" No one can hold onto this fear of terrorism alone, we as a nation fear terrorism, and no one person can fix what happend, we all must get over it as a whole. "raise our voices loud, we're searching for something that cannot be found" These lines indicate that, people are sad, angry, because of what happend, but if we do raise our voices loud, a solution, cannot be found, without forgiveness." "here open mouths/i see open hands/blinded and silent i cant understand" this goes to the differnt types of people; those that talk about how bad people are and those who are willing to lend a hand, and forgive. "the whole world is watching with one blank stare" America seems to be all alone in the war v. terrorism I can just sense this feeling of ill-repair, things arent getting better "Like no ones heart is full enough To keep away this fear And no ones heart is strong enough to fix what happened here" When it comes down to it, one person cant keep away this fear of terroristm, and no one person can fix this problem on their own, no matter their position or power -art

kinda agreeing with Yellowcardr0ck, I belive this song is about losing a friend in the iraq war. "no one's heart is strong enough to fix what happened here" and "The whole world was sleeping And I was there You could just sense this feeling in the air Like no one's words were good enough to define what we feared And no one's words were strong enough to fix what happened here" just makes me think about what i did when i found out about my cousin going to iraq i went for a walk at 2.30 in the morning, just to try and clear my head. the iraq war is so unjustified anyway, and this song just reminds me of how things are when stuff gts messed up.

Good, someone agrees with me. I believe that this is about that war in Iraq. "Can't tell the difference between myth and man, or what's necessary or where I should stand." The nation is divided on where they should pull for, and who's telling the truth and who is telling a lie.

Whatever war this song refers to, im sure it's about peace, even in the title: 'Words Hands Hearts' it's an amazing song, Yellowcard are an amazing and influential band, they're very popular in the UK.
