	Ugh! why is it that every song i hear...this song makes me think about my 4 best friends because 2 of us aren't speaking and its kinda like 5 becomes 3 now and it sux but w/e this song its just really amazing ecpeccially if any of your friends ever went to jail or did something bad.

	anyone else notice that Ryan Key out in another reference to The Goonies in this song. "remember the line never say die" (at least thats what I hear) seems to be an allusion to the part when Mikey says "Goonies never say die!" the other references being in the song Martin Sheen Or JFK

	Five Becomes Four, as the title suggests, talks about Ben Harper. Ben was with Yellowcard when the band skyrocketed in popularity with the album "Ocean Avenue". And, like the announcement of someone's departure, it's going to take some time for the remaining members to "find a little strength to redefine".

	Anyone familiar with Yellowcard's history will know that this song is undoubtly about Ben Harper, former guitarist. When Ben's name was erased from Yellowcard's roster, there was a pretty big uproar from the fans. Everyone made it sound like Ryan Key's faultm but this song makes it seem like Ben is more to blame. "Where did you go? I need to know I waited here, you never showed It's gonna be harder for me I can't forgive so many things When you weren't there, I was around Why would you try and hurt me now?" It sounds like Ben did some pretty bad stuff from this verse, and Ryan was there trying to fix things. We'll never know what happened in that situation, but this song makes me think it was not as one sided as Ben and many Ben aficionados made it out to be.

	i was wondering what this song was about.. so now i know :] but yeah are you guys refering to the album lights and sounds or the song? because i like that song :D and ocean avenue is deff. their best album. it's the best album ever!!!!!!!
