| I've sat down and tried to figured out this song. "I live on a chain and you share the lat name" is definately indicating a spouse and "as a joke" seems to me that the marriage has gone bad. The rest of the chorus suggest that he was lonely (probably just out of another bad relatioship ("looking for the new thing"), she was on hand ("just around the corner from me") and he jumped into marriage too quickly. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not, but it seems reasonable. | |
