i dont think they're related, but did anybody else notice the correlation between this song's title and 'ride a white swan' by trex? just a thought.

I think it's about the passing of time and how it has affected Billy Corgan. He's stated in interviews that time seems to go too fast for him; that could explain the chorus. The rest of the lyrics, I think, just describe what he wants from the world and other people as time goes on.
